DEED OF MARRIAGE

THIS DEED OF MARRIAGE is made at New Delhi on this ^18thday of February, 2022, between ____________,S/o ____________,R/o –  ____________________,(Identified Adhar card: ____________________)hereinafter called as the First Party / HUSBAND /BRIDEGROOM.

AND

______________D/o Sh. ____________, R/o-___________________________,(Identified Adhar card : ______________), hereinafter called as the Second Party / WIFE/BRIDE.

AND WHEREAS both the parties are major and are in sound health and mind as the date of birth of first party/husband is ______________and the date of birth of second party/wife is ______________, respectively.

WHEREAS the marriage between both the parties has already solemnized on 18.02.2022 according to Hindu Rites and Customs at Delhi and has confirmed this marriage with this agreement.

AND WHEREAS both the parties got marriage with each other out of their will and consent and without any pressure, coercion, threats or undue influence from any corner.

AND WHEREAS both the parties shall live as husband and wife and shall be bound to each other all duties and rights of husband and wife, according to Hindu Law.

AND WHEREAS both the parties shall live happily in future and if any disputes arise between both the parties they have rights according to Hindu Law for separation and divorce. The second party has not brought any dowry/gift/jewellery/cash from her parental house to gifted the first party/husband.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF both the parties have subscribed their respective hands on these presents on the pace, date, month and year first above mentioned in the presence of following witnesses.
