Court marriage is a legal process of getting married in India. It is a simple process and requires minimal paperwork. In Delhi, the procedure for court marriage is regulated by the Special Marriage Act, of 1954.

The first step in the court marriage process is to apply for a marriage notice. This notice is to be submitted to the Marriage Officer of the district in which either of the parties to the marriage resides. The notice must contain the full name, age, address, and other details of both parties. It must also contain the date, time, and place of the proposed marriage.

Once the notice is submitted, it is displayed at the Marriage Officer’s office for 30 days. During this period, any objections to the marriage can be raised. If no objections are raised, the Marriage Officer will issue a marriage certificate.

The next step is to apply for a marriage registration certificate. This certificate is issued by the Marriage Officer after the marriage ceremony is conducted.

The documents required for court marriage in Delhi are:

1. Age proof of both parties (birth certificate, school leaving certificate, passport, etc.)

2. Address proof of both the parties

Are you planning to get married in Delhi? Court marriage is a great option for couples who want to get married without any hassle. But before you can get married in court, there are certain procedures and documents that you need to follow.

The first step is to fill out the court marriage form. This form is available at the court office and you need to fill it out with all the necessary details. You will also need to provide two witnesses who can sign the form.

Once the form is filled out, you will need to submit it to the court office. Along with the form, you will need to submit the following documents:

• Proof of age (birth certificate or school leaving certificate)

• Proof of residence (ration card or voter ID card)

• Affidavit of marriage (signed by both parties)

• Passport-size photographs of both parties
